Blackberry Gin Smash

5 blackberries + 6-8 mint leaves + garnish
2 ounces Junction 56 Rhubarb Gin
1 ounce simple syrup
dash lime juice
3 ounces soda

In shaker muddle blackberries. Add mint and press gently. Add Rhubarb Gin, simple syrup, lime juice, ice and shake. Strain into glass over ice. Top with soda.
