Whisky Sour

2 oz J56 Cambria Street Whisky

1 1/4 oz J56 *Sour Mix

1 egg white (optional)

Add ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and continue to shake for 15 seconds. Pour into a cocktail with ice or a coupe without ice. Garnish with a dried lemon wheel and bitters. *sub Sour Mix with 3/4 oz lemon juice + 1/2 oz simple syrup.
