Starting with the finest locally sourced grains, our Canadian Whisky is distilled in small batches to coax the very best flavours out of each ingredient.  A standard Canadian blend is enhanced with a hint of rye spiciness to balance the flavour profile.  This 4 grain whisky is then aged to perfection in oak barrels, resulting in a smooth and vibrantly flavourful whisky.  Enjoy on the rocks or in your favourite cocktail!
